Services Offer Agreement
1. General Provisions
This document is a public offer (the Offer) in accordance with Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and contains the terms of paid services of the Diabnostic service (the Service).
The Provider is self-employed Karazhas Eldar Valerievich, TIN 771596469348, applying the special tax regime ‘Professional Income Tax’ under Federal Law No. 422-FZ of November 27, 2018. Email: support@diabnostic.ru.
The Customer is an individual who has accepted this Offer by paying for the Service.
Acceptance of the Offer means full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Offer by making a subscription payment. From the moment of acceptance, the Offer becomes a binding agreement (clause 3, Article 438, Civil Code of the Russian Federation).
2. Subject of the Agreement
The Provider grants the Customer access to extended Service features under the ‘Premium’ subscription (the Services), including:
- Unlimited automatic recognition of laboratory test results using artificial intelligence
- Priority request processing queue
- Enhanced technical support
- Early access to new Service features
Each registered user receives 5 (five) free automatic lab analysis recognitions.
3. Service Cost and Payment
The Premium subscription costs 159 (one hundred fifty-nine) rubles per month.
Payment is made electronically using payment systems available on the Service website.
The subscription is valid for the paid period. After expiration, access to extended features is suspended.
The Provider may change the cost of Services by notifying the Customer at least 14 calendar days in advance.
4. Rights and Obligations
The Provider undertakes to:
- Provide access to Services during the paid period
- Ensure Service availability at least 95% of the time during each calendar month, excluding scheduled maintenance
- Notify Customer of scheduled maintenance at least 24 hours in advance
- Ensure the security of Customer data in accordance with the Privacy Policy
The Customer undertakes to:
- Pay for Services in a timely manner
- Not use the Service for purposes contrary to applicable law
- Not transfer account credentials to third parties
- Use lab recognition results solely for informational purposes without replacing professional veterinary consultation
5. Cancellation and Refunds
Customer may cancel subscription at any time. Extended feature access remains active until the end of the paid period.
Refunds are issued in the following cases:
- Inability to use Services due to Provider fault for more than 72 consecutive hours — proportional refund for downtime
- Cancellation within the first 3 days after initial payment provided Services were used no more than 3 times — full refund
To request a refund, Customer must send an application to support@diabnostic.ru. Processing period is 10 business days.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided ‘as is’. Provider does not guarantee 100% accuracy of AI analysis recognition and is not liable for decisions based on Service data.
Service outputs do not constitute veterinary medical conclusions and do not replace consultation with a licensed veterinarian.
Provider is not liable for losses resulting from:
- Use or inability to use the Service
- Unauthorized access to Customer account
- Telecommunication network and server disruptions beyond Provider control
7. Personal Data
Processing of Customer personal data is conducted in accordance with the Privacy Policy on the website and Federal Law No. 152-FZ ‘On Personal Data’.
8. Dispute Resolution
All disputes arising from this Offer will be resolved through negotiations. Pre-trial claim procedure is mandatory. Claim review period is 30 calendar days.
If dispute cannot be resolved through claim procedure, it is subject to court review at Provider location.
9. Final Provisions
This Offer takes effect upon publication on the Service website and remains valid until revoked by Provider.
Provider reserves the right to amend the Offer. Changes take effect 14 calendar days after updated version publication.
